Managers, yard crews, sailing program staff, members and volunteer boards each see a different part of club life. We listened for the work that crossed between them.
Their requests became a working brief—and the starting point for software built around how clubs actually work.

Club life was the starting point. Not somebody else's software.
We didn't take an existing club system and patch around its limits. We started with what people told us: the repeated questions, the disconnected records, and the decisions that were harder than they needed to be.
The app and back office grew out of that work. They are how we respond to those problems—not the reason we started listening.
