Every feature came from a conversation on a dock.
What clubs asked for, and what we built for each one.
Understand what each part of the club costs.
Split the club into divisions, each with its own budget: Learn to Sail, House, Yard, Regatta. The point is not bookkeeping. It is the conversation it permits. A board can look at Regatta losing money and decide out loud that it is a service to members. Without divisions, that conversation cannot happen at all.

Make arriving at a new club easier.
Every mooring ball has its own weight rating. A visiting boat enters length and weight, gets a suitable ball, and pays in the app. The confirmation email then does the hospitality: tender hours, the nearest grocery, where to do laundry.
Crane scheduling.
Bookable slots, with standing blocks for the fleets that need guaranteed access.

Boat launch scheduling.
Junior sail takes weekday slots, weekends open up, and nobody has to be on the phone about it.
Volunteer management.
Who signed up, for what, and who still needs asking.

Slip sublet, with a reason to tell the club.
Today a member who leaves for August has no reason to say so, because the club rents the slip and keeps the money. Instead: the member declares the absence in the app, months ahead if they like, and gets a share of the rental back as credit against their own fees. The club earns revenue it never used to see, with enough notice to market the slip. Visitors keep the same slip for the whole stay, the way a hotel does not move you between rooms.
Member self-service.
Balance, what the dues cover, when winter pullout happens, where a child sits on next year's waiting list. One account, one place.
